Ready.

Use notes

Audio begins only after you press Start. Your device and browser volume still apply. Bluetooth speakers and headphones can delay the sound. Use a device speaker or wired connection when exact timing matters.

Some browsers and phones may pause the sound when this tab is hidden or the screen locks. On some Apple devices, background playback may pause music from another app. Return to this page and use Restart audio if the sound stops.

Settings stay in this browser only when Preferences are on. Shared setup details stay in the link and are not included in metronome analytics.

Training utility only

This metronome only provides timing cues. It does not assess an athlete, choose a safe pace, build a training or rehabilitation plan, decide whether someone is ready, or make a decision about returning to sport. Choose settings that fit the athlete, activity, and setting. Use a comfortable volume and stay aware of your surroundings.
