Online Rehabilitation Initial Assessment

$135 total60 minute online assessment

Good for: Anyone starting care with Eventus.

Your injury and goals come first. Tysen asks what you can do now and how you feel during and after activity. He looks at how training and sport fit into your week. When online care fits he builds a starting plan around what to limit for now, what to keep doing and what to build next.

What is included

  • A review of your health and injury history and what you want to get back to
  • Movement checks when they help Tysen decide what to do next
  • A clear explanation of what the assessment suggests
  • A written starting plan when online care fits. What to limit, what to keep and what to build with clear signs for when to do more, do less or get more help
  • Advice on whether to continue on your own, book more support or seek other care and when to check back

What Can Happen After the Assessment

Use the level of support that fits your next step.

Care is recommended at the lightest level of support that fits your needs. More support means more frequent review and access. It does not mean a higher standard of care.

One visit to decide what comes next

Individual Rehabilitation Follow-Up

$75 total30 minute online visit

Good for: Clients who mostly manage on their own and need help with the next step. No ongoing support between visits.

Tysen reviews what has changed and how your plan is going. Together you decide what to keep doing and what needs to change for the next stage.

What is included

  • A review of your progress and the activity you want to build toward
  • A focused check of what needs review
  • An updated plan when changes are needed
  • Clear guidance on what to try next and how to adjust

Follow your plan with regular review

Guided Rehabilitation

$250* per 28-day blockAssessment is paid separately. Assessment plus the first block: $385 total.Weekly review for 28 days

Good for: Clients who can follow their plan on their own and want regular help deciding what comes next.

You follow your plan between visits. Tysen reviews how it is going and helps you decide when to keep going or make a change. Your plan changes when needed. The block includes a midpoint visit and a final progress review.

What is included

  • Short check-ins in Jane to review how your plan is going and what comes next
  • Secure Jane messaging for questions about your current plan with a reply target within two business days during service hours
  • Plan changes when your progress or the activities ahead call for them
  • One 15 to 20 minute online midpoint visit around day 14
  • One 30 minute reassessment by day 28, with a clear choice to finish, continue, change support, or seek other care

Stay supported when demands change quickly

Managed Rehabilitation

$450* per 28-day blockAssessment is paid separately. Assessment plus the first block: $585 total.More frequent review for 28 days

Good for: Clients who need closer review because rehabilitation, training, or sport is changing quickly.

Tysen takes a more active role in fitting your rehabilitation around training and sport. Each week includes a live visit to review how you are doing and what is coming up. He adjusts your plan when needed as your activity or how you feel changes.

What is included

  • Short updates in Jane with a review of the training or practice week ahead
  • Secure Jane messaging for questions about your current plan with a reply target by the end of the next business day during service hours
  • Plan changes when needed with guidance on how to adjust training or practice
  • Three 20 minute online visits during weeks 1 to 3
  • One 30 minute reassessment during week 4, with a clear choice to finish, continue, change support, or seek other care

About 28-day care: A 28-day block is a period of support and review. It is not a promise that your full rehabilitation will take 28 days. The final review identifies whether you can continue on your own, book a follow-up, change support levels, start another block, finish care, or seek another kind of care. Nothing renews automatically.

*Guided and Managed Rehabilitation are available only after an initial assessment when they fit your needs. Written terms explain payment, cancellation, early ending, and refunds for care that has not been provided. These blocks do not include unlimited or urgent messaging, emergency care, medical diagnosis or clearance, or assessment of a new problem between visits. Prices are the current totals listed in Jane. Any tax that applies is shown before purchase.

Clear limits

Online kinesiology is not emergency care. Tysen can explain what the assessment suggests but does not diagnose a disease or disorder or provide medical clearance. If online care is not enough, the next step may be care in person or another health service.

Athletes in Contact Sports

Rehabilitation for football, wrestling, combat sports, and other contact sports.

See how an online plan can prepare you for the real demands of contact sport. Learn what can be checked online and when you may need care in person or medical clearance.

Not Sure?

Not sure where to start?

Start with the initial assessment. It can stand on its own and helps identify whether you should continue independently, book a follow-up, use Guided or Managed care, or seek another kind of care. Contact Eventus first if you are unsure whether online kinesiology fits your needs.

Partner Requests

Team, clinic, or organization request?

Coaches, clinics, and teams can ask for service information, referrals, care coordination with consent, or online education.
