Partner and Referral Inquiries
Clear service information for coaches, teams, clinics, and organizations.
Based in Halton Hills and serving people who are physically located in Ontario. Sessions are online. Eventus does not offer clinic visits or treatment that involves physical contact. Eventus does not currently offer onsite team, clinic, employer, sideline, or game services.
Coordination with consent
With the client’s consent, Tysen can share agreed parts of the care plan with a coach, parent, or another person involved in the client’s support. This can include practical changes for training or practice.
General online education requests
Tysen may provide online education through Eventus when the topic fits his training and professional role. It also depends on available time.
Important Boundaries
Individual choice and consent remain central.
Assessment and rehabilitation are the client's choice. The client books directly with Eventus. When needed, the person who can legally make care decisions books for them. A referral does not require anyone to book. Each person may choose any provider.
Eventus does not share personal health information unless the client agrees or the law allows it. This includes sharing with a coach, team, employer, or another provider. Tysen does not diagnose diseases or disorders. He also does not provide medical clearance, emergency care, or concussion assessment.
